中外合作办学领域大学生思想政治工作实践与思考——以福建农林大学为例

摘　　要：福建农林大学针对中外合作办学项目学生思想政治工作遇到的挑战,坚持思想引领主业,通过“五个维度教育”促进学生成长成才,创新体制机制构建全员全过程的工作格局,科学有效地开展学生思想政治教育工作的生动实践,在实践中形成了要从战略上重视合作办学领域的学生思想政治工作,突出重点抓好意识形态工作,构建思想政治工作的高效体系的建议与思考。To challenges for students’ ideological and political work in Sino-foreign cooperative education program, Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University adheres to the principle of ideological leadership. The university promotes students’ growth and success through "Five Dimensions of Education", innovates the system and mechanism and constructs the working pattern of all staff in the whole process, and launches the vivid practice of developing students’ ideological and political education work scientifically and effectively. Formulating the recommendations and considerations to students’ ideological and political work in the field of cooperative education should be strategically emphasized in practice, focusing on ideological work, and building an efficient system of ideological and political work.
