摘　　要：本文分析了在新形势下,安全管理应从“监管式”升级为“服务式”,确保各级管理人员具备“安全服务”意识,同时对安全检查应有“一揽子”解决方案的思维。在风险分级管控中,应对高风险区域(活动)及弱安全意识员工进行重点监管,而监管的有效途径则是提供“安全积分管理”服务。文章指出,打造高体验、可操作的安全信息化管理平台,为员工提供高效安全服务是未来安全管理的必然要求。This paper analyses that under the new situation,safety management should be upgraded from"supervisory"to"service"to ensure that managers at all levels have"safety service"awareness,and at the same time,safety inspection should have"package"solution thinking.In the risk grading control,we should focus on the supervision of high-risk areas(activities)and employees with weak safety awareness,and the effective way of supervision is to provide"safety integral management"services.The article points out that it is the inevitable requirement of future safety management to build a highly experienced and operable safety information management platform and provide efficient safety services for employees.
