摘  要:通过构建数字经济指标体系,测算2007-2016年中国30个省份数字经济发展状况,并运用理论研究与实证检验方法分析了数字经济对全要素生产率的作用机理与影响程度。结果表明,不论是从全国层面还是八大经济区域来看,数字经济与全要素生产率之间存在高度正相关,同时数字经济对全要素生产率的贡献度存在地域差异;进一步分析产生差异的原因,发现数字行业人才缺失且资本投入不足影响区域数字经济发展质量,数字经济供需两侧发展不平衡影响全要素生产率。据此提出,政府需积极培养数字型人才,加速区域数字经济与产业的融合。This paper constructs a digital economic development indicator system, measures the development of digital economy of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2016, and analyzes the mechanism and influence of the digital economy on total factor productivity through theoretical research and empirical tests. The results show that there is a highly positive correlation between the digital economy and total factor productivity, both at the national level and in the eight economic regions, and there are regional differences in the contribution of the digital economy to total factor productivity. There are two reasons for the differences. Firstly, the lack of talents in the digital industry in some regions and the lack of capital investment affect the quality of regional digital economic development. Secondly, there are imbalances in the development of the supply and demand sides of digital economy, which in turn affects total factor productivity. On this basis, it is proposed that the government should take measures to strengthen the training of digital talents and accelerate the integration of regional digital economy and industry.
