摘 要:利用烟草花叶病毒(TMV)外表面的拓扑结构以及均匀分布的精氨酸残基,基于生物模板法,合成了钯(Pd)纳米管,进一步通过溴离子(Br-)诱导的电置换方法合成了PdPt合金纳米管(TMV/PdPtNT)。TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT的一维结构和管状结构使此材料具有高电化学活性的比表面积和良好的导电性。这些结构优势与PdPt双金属电子效应协同,提高了PdPt合金的催化活性。采用TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT修饰丝网印刷电极(SPE/TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT),检测H 2O 2的线性范围为8.8×10 0-7~1.0 ×10 0-3 mol/L,检出限为2.0× 10-3 mol/L 。本方法对H 2O 2的检测灵敏度达到493 A/(cm 2·mol),高于Pd纳米管(TMV/PdNT)和商业Pt/C。Utilizing the well-defined topography and uniformly distributed arginine resides on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) exterior surface, we demonstrated a combined strategy of the biotemplate- and bromide ion induced galvanic replacement method to synthesize one tubular dimension (1D) PdPt alloy. The 1D and tubular structure of TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT resulted in the improvement of electrochemically active specific surface area (ECSA) and conductivity. These advantages and PdPt bimetallic electronic effects synergistically led to high electrochemical catalytic activity of TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT toward H 2O 2. The modified screen-printed electrode modified by TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT (SPE/TMV/Pd 70 Pt 30 NT) had high sensitivity (493 A/(cm 2·mol)), which was higher than the SPE modified by Pd nanotube (TMV/PdNT) and commercial Pt/C. Additionally, the electrodes have wide linear detection range of 8.8 ×10-7 -1.0 ×10 -3 mol/L for detection of H 2O 2, with low detection limit of 2.0 × 10 0-7 mol/L( S/N =3).
