摘  要:为解决某铜矿原有采矿方法回采作业安全性差、采矿损失贫化大等问题,开展了下向水平分层进路充填采矿法试验研究。该采矿方法自上而下逐层进行,上下分层进路交错布置,分层进路分两步进行回采。现场工业试验结果表明:该方法取得了采场生产能力180 t/d,采矿损失率8%,矿石贫化率6%,采矿成本103. 30元/t,充填成本56. 36元/t的良好技术经济指标,能够实现该矿山安全高效回采的目的。In order to solve the problems facing the previously used mining methods which are poor safety and high loss and dilution rate in a copper mine,this paper carried out experimental research on the downward horizontal slicing stoping method. This method advances from top to bottom layer by layer,the upper and lower layer approaches are in staggered layout,and the layered approach stoping is carried out in two steps. The field industrial tests showed that this method achieved the production capacity of 180 t/d,mining loss rate 8 %,dilution rate 6 %,mining cost at103. 30 yuan/t,and backfilling cost at 56. 36 yuan/t,and it can meet the requirements of safe and efficient mining.
