新中国文艺的启航：基于第一次文代会的历史考察

摘　　要：新中国成立前夕,在中国共产党的倡议和号召下,各路文艺队伍会师北平,召开了中华全国文学艺术工作者代表大会(以下简称第一次文代会)并成立了全国性的文艺组织——中华全国文学艺术界联合会。这就将新民主主义革命时期分散的文艺力量团结凝聚在一起,为新中国的文艺建设组织起一支稳定、可信、可靠的创作队伍。在第一次文代会筹备召开的过程中,文代会党组发挥了思想领导和组织领导的重要作用,奠定了毛泽东文艺方向的指导地位;在大会主体议程外,优秀文艺作品的演出加深了文艺工作者之间的交流;中华全国文学艺术界联合会及各文艺协会的成立为新中国文艺队伍的壮大及发展奠定了重要的组织基础。On the eve of the founding of new China, under the initiative and call of the Communist Party of China, various literary and art teams met in Beiping to hold the National Congress of Literary and Art Workers(hereinafter referred to as the First National Congress of Literary and Art Workers) and established a national literary and art organization--The All-China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. This united the scattered literary and art forces during the New Democracy Revolution Period and organized a stable, credible and reliable creative team for the literary and art construction in new China. In the process of the preparation and convening of the First National Congress of Literary and Art Workers, the Party organization played an important role in ideological leadership and organizational leadership and laid the guiding position of Mao Zedong's literary and art direction;outside the main agenda of the congress, the performances of outstanding literary and art works had deepened the exchanges among literary and art workers;the establishment of the All-China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and various literary and art associations had laid an important foundation for the growth and development of the New China's literary and art team.
