采购决策视角下电子资源绩效评价方法构建及应用研究

摘　　要：利用江西师范大学图书馆6种电子资源、6个指标的数据作为分析样本,采用构建的绩效评价方法对电子资源进行评价排名,并比较了5种绩效评价方法对制定电子资源采购决策的可行性与有效性。研究结果显示,构建的指标和方法科学合理、简单易用、馆员易掌握,在图书馆具有很好的实际应用价值。Using six kinds of electronic resources and six index data of Jiangxi Normal University Library as analysis sample,this paper makes evaluation and ranking for electronic resources by structured performance evaluation methods,compares the feasibility and effectiveness of five kinds of performance evaluation methods for making electronic resource procurement decision. The results show that the constructed indexes and methods are scientific and reasonable,simple and easy to use,and easy for librarians to master,also have good application value in the library.
