摘 要:针对腾晖煤矿大巷护巷煤柱缺乏具体设计依据的问题,根据极限平衡理论计算出一采区回风大巷留设合理煤柱的尺寸不小于56.87m。利用数值模拟方法对一采区回风大巷的护巷煤柱尺寸进行研究,分析了在不同护巷煤柱尺寸状态下的垂直应力分布特征和护巷煤柱塑性破坏分布特征。研究结果表明:一采区回风大巷留设50m护巷煤柱时,既能保证回风大巷的稳定性,又可多回收煤炭资源。经现场实践验证,当2-105综放工作面推进距回风大巷60m时,钻孔应力计压力表数值开始上升,表明此时回风大巷将受到2-105工作面的超前支承压力的影响,即留设60m的护巷煤柱对维护一采区大巷的稳定性较为有利,此监测结果与研究得出的57m煤柱基本一致。Lacking specific design basis of the coal pillars in Tenghui Coal Mine,reasonable coal pillar size of the return airway in a mining area was calculated to be no less than 56.87 meters based on Limit Equilibrium Theory.By numerical simulation,we studied the size of the coal pillars of the return airway in No.1 mining area and analyzed the vertical stress distribution and plastic failure distribution of the coal pillars of different sizes.The results show that the 50 meters coal pillars in the return airway could both ensure its stability and recover more coal resources.It has been verified by field practice that when the 2-105 fully mechanized caving face is 60 meters from the return airway,the pressure value of the borehole stress gauge begins to rise,which means that the return airway will be affected by advance abutment pressure of the 2-105 working face,that is,the 60 meters coal pillar is beneficial to the stability of the maintenance of the mining area.The monitoring results are basically consistent with the 57 meters coal pillars obtained from the study.
