摘  要:麦捷矿属高瓦斯矿井,目前掘进的150206轨道顺槽工作面靠近井田边界,地质构造条件复杂、瓦斯涌出异常,给工作面掘进作业带来较大的安全隐患。综合巷道瓦斯异常涌出量数据、矿井地质报告数据、煤体原始瓦斯含量数据以及采掘接替顺序分析研究发现在高应力和断层的共同作用下,邻近矿井采空区瓦斯通过断层及煤柱向工作面涌出,矿井采取增大供风量、增大保护煤柱宽度、加强支护强度和加强监测监控等针对性措施有效降低了工作面及回风流瓦斯浓度,保证了掘进作业安全。在工作面回采期间建议通过本煤层钻孔预抽、裂隙带钻孔抽采、加大超前支护范围、加强工作面及两巷应力监测和加强工作面端头管理等措施减少回采期间瓦斯涌出,保证回采的安全。Maijie Coal Mine is a high gas mine.At present,No.150206 working face with track gateway is approaching the coal field boundary in the driving process.Complex geological structure and abnormal gas emission bring great safety hazards to the working face.By integrating the data of abnormal gas emission,mine geological report,and original gas concentration of the coal body,and on the analysis of the mining succession sequence,it is found that,under the joint action of high stress and faults,gas from goaf gushes through the faults and coal pillars and then to the working surface.Some measures were taken,including enhancing air supply,increasing protective coal pillar width,strengthening the support strength,and improving monitoring,which effectively reduced the gas concentration of working face and return airflow and ensured the safe production.It is recommended to reduce the gas emission during the recovery period and ensure the safe mining by some measures,including the current coal seam pre-extraction,fracture zone extraction,advance support extension,and reinforcement of the stress monitoring of the working face and two roadways and of the end management of the working face.
