摘　　要：结合某企业对地面原煤运输的工艺流程,设计了基于视频监控的地面原煤输送集控系统,包括带式输送机的PLC系统、视频监控系统的硬件与程序设计以及故障监控系统,实现了带式输送机集控保护功能。该系统使工作人员在控制室便可实时监控整个地面原煤运输系统的运行,提高了地面原煤输送系统的安全性、可靠性。Combined with the process of raw coal transportation at an enterprise,a centralized control system based on video surveillance was designed,including the PLC system of belt conveyor,hardware and program design of video surveillance system,and fault monitoring system,which could realize the centralized control and protection for the belt conveyor.The system enables the staff to monitor the operation of the entire raw coal transportation in real time in the control room,which could improve the safety and reliability of the system.
