摘  要:综采工作面采煤过程中,由于瓦斯的存在和其物理化学特性,上隅角成为瓦斯积聚的主要地点,也是瓦斯治理的重点区域之一,因此,基于光谱学分析原理,提出了利用先进的光电传感元件和集成电路实现上隅角瓦斯的安全、高效、精确测量,设计了一种基于线阵CCD光电传感元件的测量煤矿瓦斯的光谱仪软硬件系统。选用线阵CCD作为光谱接收传感器,设计折叠Czerny-Turner式光路结构,并利用高性能FPGA为主控芯片,实现CCD传感器、模数转换以及FIFO模块的硬件电路、驱动时序控制以及高速数字信号处理;通过USB接口完成上位机光谱软件与FIFO模块数据通信,采用C++builder开发环境设计光谱软件应用程序,实现数据通信、界面设计、光谱曲线绘制、平滑处理、波长标定等功能。In the mining process of fully mechanized mining face,due to the existence of gas and its physical and chemical properties,upper corner has become the main area for gas accumulation,and it is also one of the key areas of gas control.Based on the principle of spectroscopy,it is proposed to use photoelectric sensors and integrated circuits to realize the safe,efficient and accurate measurement of gas in the upper corner.Therefore,a software and hardware system for spectrometer to measure gas is designed based on a CCD linear array of photoelectric sensors.It uses the CCD linear array as a spectral receiving sensor to design a folding Czerny-Turner optical path structure and utilizes high-performance FPGA as the master control chip to realize the hardware circuit,drive timing control and high-speed digital signal process for CCD sensor,analog-to-digital conversion and FIFO module.The system achieves the data communication between the spectrum software of upper computer and the FIFO module through the USB interface and designs spectral software applications to implement functions such as data communication,interface design,spectral curve drawing,data smoothing,and wavelength calibration in the C++builder development environment.
