便携式X射线荧光光谱仪在贵金属产品现场抽样检测中的应用

摘　　要：贵金属产品质量的现场抽样检测,是质量监督检验机构承担的一项重要工作。文章考察了采用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪作为现场抽样检测工作的筛选手段,实现了快速筛抽查样品的可能。与波长色散能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪比对试验结果表明,便携式X射线荧光光谱仪在贵金属产品现场抽样检测中不仅可以快速、有效、准确地得到检测数值,获得检测数据,又能避免重复抽查的可能,提升了检查抽样工作的效率,还有效保障了对产品检查结果的科学性和公正性。The on-site sampling inspection of precious metal products is an important tasks in the quality supervision and inspection institutions. The possibility of using portable X-ray fluorescent spectrometer on the on-site sampling method for rapid screening of samples was investigated. Compared with the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,the results show that the portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can not only quickly and accurately obtain the deteciong data,improve the sampling efficiency,but also effectively guarantee the scientific and impartial results of product inspection.
