摘  要:现行标准规范中的排烟热损失只适用于没有冷凝水析出的情况,这是制约冷凝式锅炉运行工况热效率简单测试推行的关键技术问题。分析了天然气冷凝式锅炉热效率测试的影响因素,从传热、传质和烟气含湿量变化方面对冷凝过程进行了分析,认为烟气的冷凝过程实质上是一个烟气除湿冷却的过程,排烟温度和过量空气系数能够反映烟气的含湿量,给出了排烟热损失的修正值。通过10台锅炉的热效率测试结果对比,证明该方法误差较小,可以满足简单测试的要求。The calculation methods of heat loss due to exhaust gas in the current standard and specification are only used in the absence of condensate. It is the main factor that restricts the extension of thermal efficiency simple test on the operation conditions for condensing boilers. This paper analyzed the influencing factors of thermal efficiency test of natural gas condensing boilers. By means of analysis on several aspects of condensation from heat transfer, mass transfer properties and the moisture content variation of exhaust gas, it is thought that the process of exhaust gas condensation is that of cooling process by dehumidification in essence.The exhaust gas temperature and the excess air ratio can reflect the moisture content of exhaust gas. The correction value of heat loss due to exhaust gas was given. Through compared the results of thermal efficiency test on ten boilers, it is proved that the error of this method is low and can meet simple test precision requirement.
