摘  要:致密油水平井目前主要使用复合桥塞进行分段体积压裂,压裂后需钻除桥塞,钻塞作业井控风险大、周期长、费用高,在超长水平井中钻塞的难度更大。全可溶桥塞压裂后可自行溶解,不需钻塞,目前国内尚无成熟的技术。为解决该问题,引进了国外全可溶桥塞,对其溶解性和承压性能进行了室内实验评价,自主研制了配套的低成本可溶性堵球,通过大型物模实验形成了全可溶桥塞泵送施工关键参数图版,并在国内致密油水平井开展了规模性现场试验。结果表明:全可溶桥塞泵送投放顺利,承压为70MPa,坐封、封隔性能可靠,完全满足水平井体积压裂需求;压裂后15d内桥塞自行溶解,不需要钻塞,可实现井筒全通径;研制的可溶堵球2d内完全溶解,可实现快速投产;单井试油周期缩短30%,作业成本降低20%,提效降本效果明显。该研究成果为全可溶桥塞实现国产化提供了宝贵的技术借鉴。Composite plug is usually adopted in the multi-stage volume fracturing treatment in the tight oil horizontal well,which needs to be drilled after fracturing.The plug drilling is characterized by high well-control risk,long cycle and high cost,which is more difficult in the horizontal well with extra-long lateral length.The full-soluble plug can achieve self-dissolving without plug drilling treatment after fracturing,and there is no mature technology in China at present.A foreign full-soluble plug was introduced to solve this problem,and the corresponding solubility and pressure-bearing performances were evaluated by laboratory experiment test.In addition,a matching low-cost soluble blocking ball was developed independently.A key parameter plate for the full-soluble plug pumping operation was prepared through the laboratory large-scale physical simulation experiment.A pilot test was also carried out in the domestic tight oil horizontal wells.This pilot test of full-soluble plug is characterized by smooth operation,better pressure-bearing performance of 70 MPa,favorable sealing and packing performances,which could meet the horizontal well volume fracturing requirements.The plug dissolves automatically within 15 days after fracturing operation without plug drilling operation,which achieves full wellbore diameter.The developed soluble blocking ball can dissolve in 2 days,and the well can be put into production rapidly after fracturing operation.The oil test cycle is shortened by 30% and the operating cost is reduced by 20%.This research could provide certain technical reference for the localization of full-soluble plug.
