摘  要:页岩气富集区多处山地,地形复杂,集输管网优化布局难度大,多采用分级平面优化,难以适应实际复杂的地形条件,无法获得系统最优解。考虑地形起伏条件,针对页岩气管网枝-枝状管网形式,在传统分级优化子问题的基础上,将井组划分与站址优化作为整体进行优化,并引入起伏管道路径寻优方法,形成地形起伏管网布局优化方法,以管道、集气站建设费用最小化为目的建立目标函数,以达到方案经济性最优,采用改进后遗传算法求解井组划分与站址优化问题。结果表明,改进后的遗传算法具有较好的收敛性;引入管网初步连接机制剔除不合理连接方案,采用Kruskal算法优化管网连接形式,并针对起伏程度较大管道采用A*算法进行路径优化,实际应用表明,该方法能够有效降低路径最大边坡、降低最大路径高程、提高最小路径高程、缩短三维管道长度。研究结果对页岩气管网设计具有指导意义。The shale gas pipeline network layout is greatly challenged by the complex mountain topography of shale gas enrichment area.Multi-grade lateral optimization is generally adopted in the shale gas pipeline network layout,which is inapplicable to the actual complex topographic conditions and incapable of gaining the optimum solution.Considering the topographic relief conditions and the shale gas branch-dendritic pipeline network layout,the well group and station were taken as an integral in the optimization based on the traditional multi-grade optimization sub-problem.The routing optimization for the pipeline network with topographic relief was introduced to propose a layout optimization method.In order to minimize the construction investment of pipeline network and gas gathering station,an objective function was established to realize the optimum program.The improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the well group separation and station optimization.Result indicates that the improved genetic algorithm shows a better performance in convergence.The preliminary pipeline network connection mechanism was introduced eliminate the unreasonable connection scheme.The Kruskal algorithm is used to optimize the connection pattern of the pipeline network and the A-STAR algorithm was used to optimize the routing of pipeline with high relief level.Field application illustrates that this method can effectively reduce the slope and elevation of maximum routing,increase the elevation of minimum routing and reduce the length of 3D pipeline.This research could provide certain guidance for the shale gas pipeline network design.
