摘 要:白藤是中国热带、南亚热带森林中重要的伴生藤本和非木质森林资源。为探究白藤种子萌发的最佳处理,采用赤霉素(GA3)浸种对白藤种子发芽特性进行研究。结果表明:发芽率以50 mg/L的GA3溶液浸种处理最高(91.82%),该处理能提高白藤种子发芽率;发芽势和发芽指数均以400 mg/L GA3溶液浸种处理最高(83.18%,16.67),20 mg/L GA3溶液浸种处理最低(50.65%,11.50)。建议采用GA3溶液浸种与催芽技术相结合,以提高白藤种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。Calamus tetradactylus is an important associated vine and non-timber forest resource in tropical and southern subtropical forests of China. To explore the best treatment for seed germination of C. tetradactylus, the seeds are soaked in GA3 to study their germination characteristics. The results show that the seeds soaked in GA3 solution with a concentration of 50 mg/L has the highest germination rate(91.82%), which could increase the germination rate of C. tetradactylus seeds. The highest germination potential and germination index are 83.18% and 16.67 found in the soaking treatment of 400 mg/L GA3 solution, and the lowest ones are 50.65% and11.50 found in 20 mg/L GA3 solution, respectively. Soaking seeds in GA3 and applying the technique of germination both can bring out good results. It is proposed that the combination of GA3 solution soaking and germination techniques should be used to improve the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of C. tetradactylus seeds.
