摘 要:提高发动机冷启动过程中的机油温升速度,有助于加速暖机,改善油耗,对改善机油稀释也有帮助。本文设计了一种新型的发动机双层油底壳结构,阐述了其工作机理,建立了其传热数学模型并进行分析,最后通过实验验证。结果表明:减少内外油底壳之间的机油换热,有利于最大程度的改善暖机性能。相对单个油底壳,该双层油底壳结构在WLTC工况前期阶段能够一定程度的提高油底壳机油温升速度,机油温度达到50℃的时间缩短48s,最大提升约5℃。Increasing oil temperature increasing rate in the engine cold start-up is conducive to accelerate warm-up and improve fuel consumption, and also help for improving oil dilution. This paper designed a new type engine dual-chamber oil pan structure, stated its working mechanism, built its heat transfer mathematic model and analyzed, and finally verified by tests. Results show that: reducing oil heat exchange between inner and outer oil pan is propitious to improve warm-up performance furthest. This dual-chamber oil pan structure could improve oil temperature increase rate in the early stage at WLTC condition compared with single oil pan, reduced 48 s when oil temperature reached 50℃, and increased about 5℃ max.
