摘 要:公铁两用车牵引性能试验台采用嵌入钢轨的跑道模拟机车行驶路面,同时通过传动系统和交流电力测功机加载模拟行走阻力,试验台装置的升降通过电液控制实现。通过使用速度、力、转矩、拉力等传感器采集数据,使得被测试的公铁两用车的发动机或者电动机输出的动力被试验台的测功机加载掉,从而使被测机车在试验台上获得动力平衡,利用计算机进行控制及数据处理。可用于各种轨道作业车的生产和调试,覆盖各种型号的和功率。The traction performance test bed for vehicle for road and railway uses the track embedded in the rail to simulate the locomotive running road surface. Meanwhile, the driving resistance is simulated by the transmission system and the ac dynamometer. The lifting and lowering of the test bed device is realized by the electro-hydraulic control. By using speed, force, torque, tension and other sensors to collect data, the power output from the engine or motor of the tested vehicle for road and railway is loaded by the dynamometer of the test bench, so that the locomotive under test can obtain power balance on the test bench, and use computer for control and data processing. It can be used for the production and debugging of all kinds of track vehicles, covering all kinds of models and power.
