粗车复合循环指令G71的教学过程探究

摘　　要：在《数控技术》课程教学中,内外径粗车复合循环指令G71由于其参数繁多、刀具轨迹和程序复杂,是教学内容的重、难点之一。笔者在教学过程中探索以刀具轨迹为切入点,采用仿真教学手段,引导分析、总结归纳等教学方法让学生理解掌握G71指令的刀具轨迹,然后利用案例分析教学方法引导学生分析、总结G71指令的编程方法,最后通过四个步骤的应用实践让学生学会应用G71指令编程。In the course of "NC Technology", the compound cycle command G71 of inner and outer round rough turning, for its various parameters, complicated trajectory and programs, is one of the key and difficult points in the teaching contents. In order to make students learn and apply the command G71, first of all, this paper explores the tool trajectory as the entry point, and makes students master it by teaching methods, such as simulation, guidance, analysis, summary and so on. Then, instructs students to analyze and summarize the programming methods through case study. At last, makes students learn to use the command G71 through four steps practices.
