生长素类似物在苹果树上的应用

摘　　要：生长素类似物是和植物生长素有类似作用的化学物质,是人类在多年的研究和实践中,人工合成的化学物质,包括NAA、IBA、2,4-D等.与生长素一样,生长素类似物也有双重性,在不同浓度下,既能促进生长,也能抑制生长;既能促进发芽,也能抑制发芽;既能防止落花落果,也能疏花疏果.本文主要从生长素类似物诱导苹果试管苗生根、促进苹果幼树生根、促花促果与疏花疏果3个方面来阐述其在苹果树上的应用.Auxin analogue is a chemical substance with similar effect to auxin. It is a synthetic chemical substance, including NAA, IBA, 2,4-D, etc., which has been studied and practiced by human beings for many years. Like auxin, auxin analogs have dual natures, which can promote growth and inhibit growth at different concentrations. They can not only promote germination, but also inhibit germination;Not only can flower and fruit drop be prevented, but also flower and fruit can be thinned. In this paper, the application of auxin analogs in apple tree is mainly described from three aspects: inducing rooting of apple test tube seedlings, promoting rooting of apple seedlings, promoting flower and fruit growth and thinning flower and fruit.
