摘  要:以温室盆栽铁皮石斛茎切段为外植体,采用交叉分组设计试验方法,以MS+香蕉泥培养基,添加不同质量浓度NAA、IBA和6-BA诱导铁皮石斛丛生芽,观察对丛生芽增殖和生根的影响.结果表明:铁皮石斛丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;丛生芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L;生根壮苗培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L,移栽基质为珍珠岩+森林腐叶土+松针叶(1∶1∶1).The stem segments of Dendrobium officinale potted in greenhouse were used as explants and cultured in MS +mashed bananas puddle. The effect of different concentrations of plant growth regulators NAA, IBA and 6-Ba on the proliferation and rooting of cluster buds was observed. Cross-grouping design method was tested and results showed that the medium of D. officinale for bud induction was MS medium + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L NAA. The medium for the proliferation of cluster buds was MS medium +1.0 mg/L 6-Ba + 1.0 mg/L IBA. Rooting medium for strong seedlings was 1/2 MS medium + 1.5 mg/L IBA. The transplanting medium was perlite + forest leaf rot soil + pine needles at the equal proportion.
