摘　　要：针对盾构机设计制造专用性及结构特殊性,在盾构机再次使用前,需根据具体施工项目水文地质情况、隧道施工条件以及环境条件,对盾构机某些部件或系统进行针对性改造升级;或对某些系统设备(部件)进行更新再制造,以满足工程需要,最终达到减少设备投入和降低施工成本的目的。For the special design and construction specificity of the shield machine, before the shield machine is used again, it is necessary to carry out some components or systems of the shield machine to be invested according to the hydrogeological conditions, tunnel construction conditions and environmental conditions of the specific construction project. Targeted upgrades and upgrades;or the re-manufacturing of certain system equipment (components) to meet engineering needs, thereby reducing equipment investment and reducing construction costs.
