摘 要:湿法烟气脱硫系统因其处理烟气量大、脱硫效率高的特点,已成为国内外火力发电厂烟气脱硫的主导装置。在提高烟尘脱硫制浆设备经济性和效率过程中,润磨机制浆技术有着重要作用;烟气中的二氧化硫在脱硫吸收塔中被脱除和石灰石浆液及氧化空气混合反应生成石膏;脱硫润磨机在运转过程中把石灰石和水磨制成吸收剂浆液用来和二氧化硫反应,石灰石浆液品质直接影响着脱硫效率。在制浆过程中,由于设备故障、运行操作以及内衬磨损等情况,可能会造成润磨机制浆失效,严重影响脱硫效率和环保数据。在平时运行中,采取必要措施,要加强防范,延长制浆设备使用寿命,提高脱硫制浆安全性和经济性,减少检修工作量,实现环保节能的目的。The wet flue gas desulfurization system has become the leading device for flue gas desulfurization of thermal power plants at home and abroad because of its large amount of flue gas and high desulfurization efficiency. In the process of improving the economy and efficiency of the soot desulfurization pulping equipment, the grinding mechanism pulping technology plays an important role;the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is removed in the desulfurization absorption tower and the limestone slurry and the oxidizing air are mixed to form gypsum;During the operation, the mill grinds limestone and water into an absorbent slurry for reaction with sulfur dioxide. The quality of the limestone slurry directly affects the desulfurization efficiency. In the pulping process, due to equipment failure, operation and lining wear, etc., it may cause the grinding mechanism to fail, which seriously affects the desulfurization efficiency and environmental protection data. In the normal operation, take necessary measures, strengthen prevention, extend the service life of pulping equipment, improve the safety and economy of desulfurization pulping, reduce the workload of maintenance, and achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy conservation.
