摘　　要：大唐华银耒阳分公司座落在美丽的耒水河畔,总装机容量1080MW,公司#1机组为哈尔滨汽轮机厂制造的55型第7台N200-130/535一次中间再热凝汽式汽轮机,后经扩容为210MW。实际应用中,#1机组主油泵运行过程中突然失压,为保证高压油泵机组正常运行,对运行过程跟踪排查,并对机组临停后的射油器、主油泵启动排油阀以及主油泵进行解体分析,最后发现主油泵叶轮键被剪切是导致失压的直接原因。Datang Huayin Leiyang Branch is located on the bank of the beautiful Lishui River with a total installed capacity of 1080MW. The company #1 unit is the 55th type N200-130/535 intermediate reheat condensing steam turbine manufactured by Harbin Steam Turbine Works. The capacity is expanded to 210MW. In practical application, the #1 unit main oil pump suddenly loses pressure during the operation. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-pressure oil pump unit, the operation process is tracked, and the oil discharge device and the main oil pump start the oil discharge valve and the main oil pump after the unit stops. The disintegration analysis was carried out, and finally it was found that the shearing of the main oil pump impeller was the direct cause of the pressure loss.
