吡美莫司联合保湿护理治疗面部化妆品皮炎

摘　　要：目的 探讨面部化妆品皮炎的治疗方法。方法 选择96例面部化妆品皮炎患者,将其随机分为2组,各48例。在红肿或者渗出急性期过后,对照组仅进行保湿治疗,治疗组在保湿的基础上外用吡美莫司乳膏。治疗2周后用症状评分法判定疗效。结果 治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%(χ^2=4.414,P=0.036)。结论 吡美莫司乳膏联合保湿护理治疗面部化妆品皮炎,疗效满意,安全。Objective To explore the treatment of facial cosmetic dermatitis. Methods Ninety-six patients with facial cosmetic dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases each. After the acute phase of redness or exudation, the control group was only given moisturizing treatment, and the treatment group was applied with pimecrolimus cream on the basis of moisturizing. After 2 weeks of treatment, the effect was judged by symptom scores. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.92%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%(χ^2=4.414, P =0.036). Conclusion Pimecrolimus cream combined with moisturizing care for facial cosmetic dermatitis is satisfactory and safe.
