摘  要:以项目沟通管理理论为基础,探讨在大型软件开发项目中如何有效进行沟通管理。有效沟通管理,首先是识别沟通需求,并制定完善的沟通计划;在项目的执行过程中要定期对项目沟通进行管理,同时在项目全过程要注重对项目沟通管理的控制,除要进行内部沟通控制、外部沟通控制外,还要结合第三方的独立控制,确保项目沟通按照计划进行,及时调整偏差;项目利益相关者分析也是掌握沟通需求、确保沟通有效的重要内容。Based on the theory of project communication management,this paper discusses how to communicate effectively in large software development projects with practical experience.The first step of effective communication management is to identify communication needs and make a sound communication plan.Next,the project communication should be managed regularly during the execution of the project.Meanwhile,in the whole process of the project,close attention should be paid to the control of project communication management.In addition to internal communication control and external communication control,independent control by a third party should also be combined to ensure the project communication is carried out according to the plan and timely adjustment of deviations.Finally,project stakeholder analysis is also an important part of mastering communication requirements and ensuring effective communication.
