“双创”背景下艺术院校大学生创业服务体系构建

摘　　要：随着我国建设创新型国家步伐加快,鼓励社会大众“以创业带动就业”,对大学生创业能力和创业意识培养提出了新要求。艺术学院学生创业作为大学生创业体系的重要组成部分,在审美能力、发散思维、社会属性及实践能力等方面有其特点和优势。面对双创背景下的激烈竞争,分析艺术院校大学生创业情况和存在问题,探讨艺术院校构建服务体系的具体模式,有利于培养符合时代需求的复合型人才。With the acceleration of building an innovative country and encouraging the general public to"lead employment with entrepreneurship",new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of college students'entrepreneurial ability and consciousness.As an important part of college students'entrepreneurship system,art college students'entrepreneurship has its characteristics and advantages in aesthetic ability,divergent thinking,social attribute and practical ability.Facing the fierce competition under the background of double creation,this paper analyzes the situation and existing problems of the art college students'undertaking,and probes into the concrete mode of constructing the service system of the art college,which is conducive to cultivating the compound talents meeting the needs of the era.
