摘  要:本文以(1R,2R)-1,2-环己烷二羧酸和1,2-二(4-吡啶基)乙烯为配体,通过水热法制备合成了一种手性金属-有机骨架材料([Ni(L)(bpe)2(H2O)2]·H2O)。采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对该材料进行了表征,并将其用作固定相制备了高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性柱,考察了该手性柱对不同种类手性化合物的拆分能力。实验结果显示,有15种手性化合物在该手性柱上得到了拆分,表明该手性柱对手性化合物具有较好的手性识别能力。In this study, a chiral metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)[Ni(L)(bpe)2(H2O)2]·H2O was synthesized by using(1R, 2R)-1, 2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid and 1, 2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene as organic ligands under solvothermal conditions. The chiral MOFs[Ni(L)(bpe)2(H2O)2]·H2O was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The chiral MOFs packed chromatographic column was prepared using [Ni(L)(bpe)2(H2O)2]·H2O as chiral stationary phase. The resolution ability of the chiral column for different chiral compounds was investigated. Fifteen chiral compounds were separated on the chiral column, indicating that the chiral column possessed good chiral recognition ability for chiral compounds.
