摘  要:微生物的快速、准确检测是当前食品安全和公共卫生等关注的热点。表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)具有快速、灵敏、无损、免分离、免标记等优点,可直接获得待测样的分子基团指纹信息,在线定性分析多组分样品体系,已成为病原性微生物检测的有效工具。本文在SERS技术简介基础上,对近年来基于标记和无标记SERS技术用于细菌检测的研究进展进行了总结和介绍,并对病原性细菌的实时检测,以及这一技术未来发展的前景进行了展望。The rapid and accurate detection of microorganisms is getting more attention in current food safety and public health.Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) has the advantages of fast,sensitive,non-destructive,separation-free,label-free,and can directly obtain the molecular group fingerprint information of the sample to be tested.Online qualitative analysis of the multi-component sample system has become a popular and effective tool for testing pathogenic microorganism.Based on the introduction of SERS,this paper summarizes and introduces the research progress of bacterial detection based on labeled and unlabeled SERS in recent years,and gives prospects for real-time detection of pathogenic bacteria and future development of this technology.
