健全农村土地管理制度 推进土地资源合理利用

摘　　要：现阶段,在土地资源利用中,耕地保护与土地占用之间的矛盾日益突出,而农村土地管理可以促进土地资源的合理利用。目前,人们正在采取有效的农村土地管理手段,强化农村土地管理在国土资源管理中的地位,为农村经济持续发展奠定物质基础。本文主要分析了在国土资源管理中如何做好农村土地管理,以保护耕地资源,推进土地资源实现合理利用。At this stage,in the use of land resources,the contradiction between cultivated land protection and land occupation is increasingly prominent,and rural land management can promote the rational use of land resources.At present,people are adopting effective rural land management tools to strengthen the position of rural land management in land and resources management and lay a material foundation for the sustainable development of the rural economy.This paper mainly analyzes how to do a good job of rural land management in the management of land and resources,to protect cultivated land resources,and to promote the rational use of land resources.
