摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎病Ⅱ号丸对椎动脉型颈椎病治疗作用及相关机制。方法制备椎动脉型颈椎病兔动物模型,然后将造模成功的兔子随机分成5组,分别是颈椎病Ⅱ号丸高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组(颈复康颗粒组)和模型对照组,灌胃给药10天,另一组为空白对照组,灌胃等量生理盐水10天。采用经颅多普勒仪检测家兔的椎-基底动脉系统(左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉)的收缩期血流速度(Vp)、平均血流速度(Vm)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)、搏动指数(Pi)和阻力指数(Ri)。结果颈椎病Ⅱ号丸大、中剂量组能显著升高椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型左侧椎动脉的Vm、Vd值;大、中、小剂量组均可降低基底动脉的Pi值。结论颈椎病Ⅱ号丸对椎动脉型颈椎病兔动物模型有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与改善血流动力学能力有关。Objective: To observe the therapeutical effects of Cervical Spondylosis Ⅱ on vertebral artery typecervical spondylosis (CSA) rabbits and to explore its mechanism. Methods: First CSA animal model of rabbits was established, and then 40 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,including Cervical Spondylosis Ⅱ low , medium and high dosage group, positive control group and model control group. The positive control group was treated with Jingfukang granule suspension by gavage, normal control group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline by gavage. After ten days of treatment, vertebral artery and basilar artery hemodynamic parameter measured by Doppler Doppler (TCD) including peak systolic velocity (VP), end diastolic velocity (Vd), mean blood flow velocity (Vm), resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI). Results: compared with the model control group, the Vmax, Vmin, Vm values increased in the Cervical Spondylosis Ⅱ medium and high dosage group, PI, RI values decreased significantly in each of the Cervical Spondylosis Ⅱ group. Conclusion: Cervical Spondylosis Ⅱcan increase the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery in CSA rats, and improve some hemorheology indexes.
