摘 要:本文主要采用动态力学分析、接触角测试及SEM电镜分析等探究改性松香用量对SSBR/BR胶料抗湿滑性能的影响。结果表明,随着改性松香用量的增加,SSBR/BR胶料的接触角逐渐减少,胶料与水的相互作用逐渐增强。改性松香树脂的加入,改善了白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散,使得SSBR/BR胶料的0℃的tanδ值增加的同时降低60℃的tanδ值。随着添加量的增加,松香树脂会在胶料中分相,体系的玻璃化温度向高温移动。In this work,dynamic mechanical analysis,contact angle test and SEM were used to investigate the effect of the modified rosin resin content on the wet skid resistance of SSBR/BR compound.The results showed that the contact angle of SSBR/BR compound gradually decreased,and the interaction between the rubber and water increased with the increasing the modified rosin content.The addition of modified rosin resin improved the dispersion of silica in the compound,and increased the 0℃tanδvalue of SSBR/BR compound with reducing the tanδvalue of 60℃.With the increasing of modified rosin resin content,the rosin resin would crystallize to be a phase,and the glass transition temperature of the rubber would increase.
