加拿大高校治理模式对中国高等教育国际化的启示——以阿尔伯塔大学为例

摘　　要：加拿大高校独特的治理模式为其教育国际化水平提供了坚实的制度保障,明确的国际化战略、自下而上的国际化路径、以及强大的国际机构等为其教育国际化奠定了坚实基础。他山之石可以攻玉,我国高校可从其国际化的经验和做法中得到启示,在国际化观念提升和强化、广泛参与、队伍和机构建设等方面做出积极努力,促进我国高等教育国际化的大发展。The unique governance model of Canadian universities has provided a solid institutional guarantee for the internationalization of education.The clear internationalization strategy,bottom-up internationalization path and strong international institutions have laid a solid foundation for its internationalization of education.Chinese universities can draw enlightenment from their internationalization experience and practices,upgrade and strengthen the concept of internationalization,participate extensively,and build teams and institutions,which could promote the great development of internationalization of higher education in China.
