摘  要:为了了解不同部位烟叶烘烤过程中叶片和主脉的颜色变化规律,采用色差仪分别测量叶片正面、背面及主脉的亮度值L^*、红度值a^*、黄度值b^*,计算出总色差值ΔE,并分析叶片正、背面之间及主脉与叶片之间颜色参数的相关关系.结果表明:鲜烟叶叶片正、背面亮度值和红度值以上部叶最高,下部叶最低,黄度值则以下部叶最高,中部叶最低;烘烤过程中叶片正面亮度值低于叶背,红度值和黄度值为叶片正面高于叶背,叶片各项颜色参数均在38℃之前显著增长,并在42℃之后数值逐渐稳定;从总色差值来看,叶片正面颜色变化速率略快于背面.鲜烟叶主脉各颜色参数均随烟叶部位提升而增大;烘烤过程中主脉颜色参数变化较为明显的阶段明显滞后于叶片,至定色末期时变化幅度开始加剧.相关性结果表明叶片正、背面颜色参数变化具有较高的一致性,主脉与叶片各颜色参数的相关性较差.To understand the color change of leaves and main veins in different parts of tobacco leaves during curing, L^*, a^* and b^* of front, back and main veins of leaves are measured by color difference meter. And the total chromatic aberration value ΔE is calculated. The correlation of color parameters between the front and back of the leaf and between the midrib and the blade are analyzed. The results show that the L^* and a^* on the front and back of fresh tobacco leaves are the highest in the upper leaves, the lowest in the lower leaves. The b^* of the lower leaves is the highest, and that of the middle leaves is the lowest. In the process of curing, the L^* of leaf front is lower than that of leaf back, while the a^* and b^* of leaf front were higher. The color parameters of leaves increases significantly before 38 ℃, and then stabilized gradually after 42 ℃. From the change of ΔE, the change rate of leaf front color is slightly faster than that of leaf back color. The midrib color parameters of fresh tobacco increases with the increase of leaf position. During the curing process, the midrib color parameters obviously laged behind the leaves, and the range of change began to intensify at the end of fixing color. The correlation results show that the color parameters of the front and back of the blade have high consistency. The correlation between midrib and leaf color parameters is poor.
