摘  要:为科学合理制定德雪1号烟叶晾制办法、促进优质雪茄烟叶的生产,以德雪1号下部叶为试验材料,研究其在不同晾制方式下的晾制期间色素降解以及水分动态变化规律,对比调制后烟叶化学成分.结果表明:不同晾制方式下,德雪1号下部叶叶片失水都表现为先慢后快的变化规律,常规晾制方式下烟叶叶片失水较快而主脉失水较慢,晾房晾制方式下烟叶叶片失水较慢而主脉失水较快;常规晾制方式烟叶色素降解速度前期快、后期慢,而晾房晾制方式烟叶色素降解速度前期慢、后期快;与常规晾制方式对比,晾房晾制调制后烟叶糖含量高,总氮烟碱含量低.综上所述,采用晾房晾制烟叶水分代谢协调,色素类物质降解充分,调制后烟叶化学成分协调,有利于提高德雪1号优质茄衣产量、改善调制后烟叶品质,可在实际生产中进行推广应用.For the scientific and rational formulation of Dexue 1 tobacco leaf drying method, and promote the production of high quality cigar tobacco, taking the lower leaves of Dexue 1 as the test material, the changes of pigment degradation and water dynamics during airing in different airing modes are studied by comparing with the chemical composition of the tobacco after modulation. The results show that under different airing modes, the loss of water in the leaves is manifested as the first slow and fast change, in the conventional airing mode, the leaf leaves lose water faster and the main vein loses water slowly, under the airing mode, the leaf leaves lose water slowly and the main vein loses water quickly;in the conventional air-drying method, the degradation rate of tobacco leaf pigments is fast and slow in the early stage, while the air-degradation rate of tobacco leaves in the air-drying mode is slow in the early stage and fast in the late stage;compared with the conventional air-drying method, the tobacco leaf content is high and the total nitrogen nicotine content is low. In summary, using drying room to dry tobacco leaves coordinated water metabolism, and sufficient degradation of pigments, after chemical modulation, the chemical composition of the tobacco leaves is coordinated, it is beneficial to improve the output of Dexue 1 high-quality wrapper and improve the quality of the prepared tobacco leaves, it can be promoted and applied in actual production.
