克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法分析2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的72例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的资料,以电脑随机编号法将其分为参照组与联合组,各36例。参照组给予克拉霉素治疗,联合组给予克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的鼻窦CT、鼻内镜评分均降低,且联合组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-2、CRP水平均降低,且联合组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的症状缓解率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果显著,可迅速转变患者的血清状态,且不会增加不良反应发生率,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with budesonide on chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods The data of 72 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and combination group by computer random numbering method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin, while the combination group was treated with clarithromycin and budesonide. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of nasal sinus CT and nasal endoscopy of both groups decreased, and those in the combination group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and CRP in both groups decreased, and those in the combination group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The remission rate of symptoms in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis has a significant effect. It can quickly change the serum status of patients, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth promoting and application in clinical treatment.
