妇可靖胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果及对免疫功能、氧自由基水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察妇可靖胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者的效果及对免疫功能、氧自由基水平的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2018年12月在我院治疗的88例CPID患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予盆腔炎常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合妇可靖胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后的免疫功能、氧化应激水平及生活质量评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IgM、IgG及IgA水平均明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的MDA及AOPP水平低于治疗前,GSH-PX及SOD水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的NHP评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇可靖胶囊治疗CPID患者的效果显著,可提高患者的免疫功能及生活质量,改善患者的血清氧自由基水平,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the effect of Fukejing capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease (CPID) and its effect on immune function and oxygen free radical level. Methods A total of 88 patients with CPID treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of pelvic inflammation. The observation group was treated with Fukejing capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, immune function, oxidative stress level and quality of life score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.18%, which was higher than 72.73% in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of IgM, IgG and IgA in the two groups significantly increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of MDA and AOPP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the levels of GSH-PX and SOD were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NHP score in the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Fukejing capsule in the treatment of CPID patients has significant effect, it can improve the immune function and quality of life of patients, and improve the level of serum oxygen free radicals of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
