摘　　要：目的探讨早期中心静脉营养联合早期肠内母乳喂养在早产低或极低出生体重儿中的应用效果。方法选择89例早产低或极低出生体重儿为研究对象,依据随机数字法将其分为常规组(55例)和试验组(34例),常规组给予外周静脉联合早产儿配方奶喂养,试验组给予早期中心静脉营养联合早期肠内母乳喂养。比较两组体重增长量、住院时间及喂养并发症发生情况。结果常规组体重增长量低于试验组,住院时间长于试验组(P<0.05)。常规组喂养并发症总发生率显著高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论早期中心静脉营养联合早期肠内母乳喂养用于早产低或极低出生体重儿,能有效保证其体重增长、减少喂养并发症、改善营养状况、促进健康生长。Objective To explore the application effect of early central venous nutrition combined with early enteral breast-feeding on premature infants with low or very low birth weight. Methods A total of 89 premature infants with low or very low birth weight were selected as study objects. The premature infants were divided into routine group (55 cases) and experimental group (34 cases) according to the random number method. The routine group was fed with peripheral vein combined with infant formula, the experimental group was fed with early central venous nutrition combined with early enteral breast-feeding. The weight gain, hospitalization time and feeding complications were compared between the two groups. Results The weight gain in the routine group was lower than that in the experimental group, and the hospitalization time in the routine group was longer than that in the experimental group (P<0.05). The total incidence of feeding complications in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early central venous nutrition combined with early enteral breast-feeding on premature infants with low or very low birth weight can effectively ensure weight gain, and it can reduce feeding complications, improve nutritional status and promote healthy growth of premature infants.
