摘　　要：对一般项目管理中的沟通管理知识进行了简要介绍。基于GJB5000A二级理论背景,分别讨论了GJB5000A二级7个过程域中的沟通管理活动。给出了沟通效果的评价方案以及沟通活动过程中的注意事项,以提高软件工程化推进工作中的沟通管理质量和效率。The knowledge of communication management in general project management is briefly introduced.Based on the background of GJB 5000A level 2 theory,the communication management activities in seven process areas of GJB 5000A level 2 are discussed.The evaluation scheme of communication effect and the precautions in the process of communication activities are given,so that the quality and efficiency of communication management in the process of software engineering are improved.
