摘  要:目前船厂生产设计软件(如Tribon、SPD等)对于三维曲面船体外板展开主要采用模拟手工放样的方法,生成的外板加工数据精度不高,需提供一定的余量。文章通过MATLAB语言,对船体外板的型值点阵数据进行曲面拟合形成网格曲面,提出“小曲面三角形网格”的数学方法进行展开,并通过加密插值曲面网格控制点来提高展开精度,对展开的缝隙和重叠区域模拟外板加工过程进行收缩与延展,生成无缝隙重叠的AutoCAD展开图形。并以规则的马鞍形外板为例,验证了本程序对外板表达与展开的准确性。At present,the shipyard production design software(such as Tribon and SPD)mainly adopts the method of simulating manual lofting for the development of the three-dimensional curved hull plate.The generated outer plate processing data is not high precision and needs to provide a certain margin.In the paper,through the MATLAB language,the surface of the hull plate is fitted with surface to form a mesh surface,and the mathematical method of"small surface triangular mesh"is proposed to expand,and the expansion of the interpolated surface mesh control point is used to improve the expansion.Accuracy,shrinking and extending the unwrapped gap and overlap area simulation of the outer plate machining process,and creating an AutoCAD unfolded pattern with seamless overlap.Taking the regular saddle shape and sail-shaped outer plate as an example,the accuracy of the expression and expansion of the external board of the program is verified.
