摘　　要：船舶修造业历来在世界范围内属于危险行业,作业种类繁多且环境复杂,往往包含一些不安全因素。在车间布置中,安全色作为物质独有的属性,对其进行合理的设置可以改善车间色彩环境,有效提醒危险区域,向人们传递警示信号,从而提高车间环境的安全度。文章根据安全色的相关理论,从安全人机工程的角度分析了车间布置中安全色的应用,提出了车间安全色的布置方案与管理措施,为其他类型的重工业车间安全色布置提供参考。The shipbuilding and repairing industry has always been a dangerous industry in the world.There are many types of operations and complex environments in the process,which often contain some unsafe factors.In the workshop layout,the safety color is a unique property of the material.Reasonable setting can improve the color environment of the workshop,effectively reminding the dangerous area and transmitting warning signals to people,so as to improve the safety of the workshop.According to the relevant theory of safety color,the application of safety color in workshop layout is analyzed from the perspective of safety ergonomics.The layout schemes and management measures for the safety color of the workshop are proposed.The research can provide reference for other types of safety color layout in heavy industry workshops.
