摘  要:目的了解河南省中小学生健康素养现状和健康信息获取途径,为健康促进学校干预及制定青少年健康素养提升策略提供科学依据。方法在全省5个地级市共30所健康促进学校试点采用随机整群抽样法对五年级、七年级和八年级学生进行问卷调查,共调查7,685名学生。结果河南省中小学生整体健康素养水平为50.47%,其中小学生健康素养水平为45.62%,中学生健康素养水平为55.89%。性别、是否与父母共同生活、上学是否由父母接送是中小学生健康素养水平的共同影响因素;学校属地、是否在学校住宿、平均每周零用钱多少对中小学生健康素养水平的影响不同。中小学生健康知识与理念素养水平低于健康生活方式素养水平和健康技能素养水平。校园宣传或课堂教学是中小学生平时获得健康知识的主要渠道,老师则是他们最相信的知识来源。结论应提高中小学教师的健康素养水平;针对男生、留守学生、县区小学、七年级等重点人群开展健康教育与健康促进活动;对中小学生进行系统化的健康知识与理念培训,同时强化健康生活方式与健康技能,提高学生健康素养水平,形成健康的行为习惯。Objective To understand the health literacy status of primary and secondary school students in Henan Province and the ways to obtain health information, so as to provide scientific basis for health promotion school intervention and adolescent health literacy promotion strategies. Methods A total of 7 685 students from grade 5, grade, 7 and grade 8 were investigated by random cluster sampling in 30 health promotion schools of 5 prefecture-level cities. Results The overall health literacy level of primary and secondary school students in Henan Province was 50.47%, of which the health literacy level of primary and secondary school students was 45.62%, and the health literacy level of middle school students was 55.89%. Gender, whether to live with parents or not, and whether to be transferred by parents were the common factors affecting the health literacy level of primary and secondary school students. The influence of school location, whether to stay in school or not, and the average weekly allowance on the health literacy level of primary and secondary school students were different. The level of health knowledge and concept literacy of primary and secondary school students were lower than those of healthy lifestyle literacy and health skills literacy. Campus propaganda or classroom teaching were the main channels for primary and secondary school students to acquire health knowledge, and teachers are the most trusted source of knowledge. Conclusion The health literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers should be improved;health education and health promotion activities should be carried out for key groups such as boys, left-behind students, county and district primary schools and seventh grade students;systematic health knowledge and concept training should be conducted for primary and secondary school students, while strengthening healthy lifestyle and health skills, improving students’ health literacy level and forming healthy behavior habits.
