摘　　要：目的分析先天性心脏病患儿照顾者感到负担的相关影响因素。方法随机抽取郑州儿童医院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的先天性心脏病患者100例,对其照顾者的基本资料进行现况研究。logistic分析先天性心脏病患儿照顾者感到负担的影响因素。结果logistic分析可知,年龄、每天照顾时间、经济收入、文化程度为影响先心病患儿照顾者出现负担的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、每天照顾时间、经济收入、文化程度是先心病患者照顾者感到负担的主要影响因素,应当引起高度关注。Objective To analyze the factors related to the burden of caregivers of children with congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with congenital heart disease admitted to Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected and the basic data of their caregivers were studied. Logistic analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of caregivers' burden in children with congenital heart disease. Results Logistic analysis showed that age, daily care time, income and education level were the main factors affecting the burden of caregivers of children with congenital heart disease (P<0.05). Conclusion Age, daily care time, income and education are the main factors affecting the burden of caregivers of patients with congenital heart disease, which should be paid close attention to clinically.
