摘　　要：徐国良主任医师认皮肤病的临床表现虽然大多数都表现在皮肤之上,但是在治疗的时候仍然需要注意整体。除了局部与整体的认识之外,中医治病必须辨证论治,辨证与辨病结合,实际上就是整体与局部、宏观与微观、共性与个性相结合,这样可以从多个角度全面地认识疾病的发生发展规律,使得中医的诊疗既全面而又准确。文章介绍其治疗银屑病验案1则。Xu Guoliang,Chief Physician,considers that although most of the clinical manifestations of skin diseases are shown in the skin,but still need to pay attention to the overall treatment. Beside the thinking of part and whole,TCM treatment must be based on syndrome differentiation,To combine syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,in fact is the Part and local,macro and micro,generality and individuality combined,so as to comprehensively understand the law of the occurrence and development of diseases from multiple perspectives,making TCM diagnosis and treatment both comprehensive and accurate. This article introduces a case of psoriasis treatment.
