摘　　要：恶性肿瘤无论在发病率和病死率上均不断升高,严重威胁患者健康。郝迎旭教授从事中西医结合治疗肿瘤临床30余年。认为肿瘤病机寒热错杂、虚实互见,在日常诊疗时注重辨证与辨病综合论治,根据患者具体情况用药。在使用清热解毒之法时,往往根据病位的不同、病情的轻重、病机的转化、病程的深浅,选择最适合的清热药,且同时注重固护患者的脾胃之气,攻补并用,取得较好效果。The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors are increasing,seriously affect patient's health. Professor Hao Yingxu engaged in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment over 30 years,and believes the cancer pathogenesis cold and heat complex,deficiency and excess complex,pay attention to dialectical treatment and counter-disease treatment in daily clinical according to patient's particular case. The application of clearing away heat and toxic material will according to disease position,the severity of the disease,pathogenesis's change,and at same time attention to protect stomach qi,attack and supplement,and will get better results.
