保真汤联合抗痨法对肺结核患者恢复期临床疗效及炎症反应的干预研究

摘　　要：目的探究保真汤联合抗痨治疗对肺结核患者恢复期的临床疗效及炎症反应的干预。方法选取2016年9月—2018年8月门诊及病房收治肺结核患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予西医抗结核病治疗方案,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合保真汤进行治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。检测患者治疗前后炎症因子水平并统计分析2组方案的临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,经治疗后2组患者血清IL-10、TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组上述炎症因子指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者乏力、发热、盗汗、咯血等症状均有所改善,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著明显高于对照组的68.33%(P<0.05)。结论保真汤联合抗痨可有效缓解肺结核患者恢复期临床症状,减轻炎症反应,与单独西医抗痨相比疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effects and inflammatory reaction of Baozhen decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis in the treatment of tuberculosis patients during recovery. Methods A total of 120 cases of tuberculosis patients were randomly selected and divided randomly into control group (n = 60) and treatment group (n = 60). The control group was treated with western medicine anti-tuberculosis alone,and the treatment group was treated with Baozhen decoction on the basis of control group. 2 groups were treated continuously for 1 month. Inflammatory factors in 2 groups were detected before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect in 2 groups was statistically analyzed. Results Compared with before treatment,the serum IL-10,TNF-α levels in 2 groups significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05),and the above inflammatory factor index in treatment group was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The debilitation,fever,the night sweats,expectoration,hemoptysis in 2 groups of patients significantly decreased,the total clinical efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 68.33% of control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Baozhen decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of tuberculosis patients during recovery,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine anti-tuberculosis treatment alone.
