三痹汤熏洗结合关节镜下手术治疗膝关节僵直临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析在膝关节僵直患者中采用三痹汤熏洗结合关节镜下手术治疗的临床效果。方法将2016年8月—2018年1月在南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的下肢骨折术后膝关节僵直患者70例设为研究对象,经电脑随机分为观察组及对照组,各35例。在对照组患者中使用关节镜下伸膝装置松解手术及术后功能锻炼的治疗方式,观察组患者在对照组患者疗法基础上加用中药三痹汤熏洗治疗。对比2组患者的膝关节功能恢复优良率以及膝关节屈曲活动度变化情况。结果观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组患者的膝关节屈曲活动度差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后以及治疗6个月后,观察组患者的膝关节屈曲活动度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对膝关节僵直患者运用三痹汤熏洗结合关节镜下手术效果良好,术后患者的膝关节优良率高,膝关节屈曲活动度显著改善,值得临床推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Sanbi decoction fumigation combined with arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee ankylosis. Methods From August 2016 to January 2018,70 cases of postoperative knee joint stiffness in patients with lower limb fracture who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and 35 cases in the observation group and the control group were randomly assigned by computer. The patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic knee extensor device release surgery and postoperative functional exercise,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Sanbi decoction fumigation on the treatment of the patients in the control group. The recovery rate of knee function and the change of knee flexion range of motion were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate of knee function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in knee flexion activity between the two groups before treatment (P<0.05). The flexion activity of knee in the observation group after treatment and at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sanbi decoction fumigation combined with arthroscopy is effective in the treatment of knee ankylosis. The excellent and good rate of knee joint is high,and the flexion range of motion of knee joint is significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
