热敏灸联合苦参合剂熏洗在痔病术后切口水肿护理上的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨热敏灸联合苦参合剂熏洗应用在痔疮手术后对切口水肿的效果及应用价值。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月接受手术治疗的痔疮患者130例,按照治疗方法不同分为A组和B组,A组术后采取热敏灸治疗,B组联合苦参合剂熏洗治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果B组临床治疗总有效率为95.38%,高于A组80.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组疼痛消失时间(6.05±1.89)d,肛缘水肿消退时间(6.11±2.43)d,切口愈合时间(9.88±2.54)d,住院时间(12.85±2.81)d;A组疼痛消失时间(10.11±3.43)d,肛缘水肿消退时间(11.31±4.21)d,切口愈合时间(15.43±4.41)d,住院时间(17.68±4.72)d,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合苦参合剂熏洗应用在痔疮手术后能够缩短水肿消失和切口愈合时间,提升临床治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect and application value of thermal moxibustion combined with Kushen mixture fumigation and washing on wound edema after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 130 cases of hemorrhoid patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods. Group A was treated with thermal moxibustion after surgery,and group B was treated with fumigation and washing with Kushen mixture. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical response rate of group B was 95.38% which was higher than that of group A (80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain disappeared in group B (6.05±1.89) d,the rectal edema subsided in group B (6.11±2.43) d,the wound healing time (9.88±2.54) d,and the length of hospital stay (12.85±2.81) d. The time of pain disappearance (10.11±3.43) d,the time of rectal edema regression (11.31±4.21) d,the time of wound healing (15.43±4.41) d,and the time of hospitalization (17.68±4.72) d in group A were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of thermal moxibustion combined with Kushen mixture fumigation and washing after hemorrhoid surgery can shorten the edema disappearance and wound healing time,and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
