摘  要:油气地质资料是油气勘探生产开发形成的重要地质记录,对于油气资源勘查和其他地质工作都有重要意义。我国油气地质资料形成主体是中石油等国有企业,资料权属和利益必须要给予充分考虑,既要满足国家对油气地质资料管理总体要求,也要切实尊重企业对于资料权益的合理诉求。本文结合近年来油气地质资料汇交与服务焦点问题,从油气地质资料管理现状、原因分析以及油气地质资料管理机制创新探索等方面系统论述了如何破解油气地质资料汇交机制不畅的难题,为进一步全面提升油气地质资料服务广度与质量提供参考。Oil and gas geological data are important geological records formed in oil and gas exploration and production,which are of great significance to oil and gas exploration and other geological work.The main bodies of oil and gas geological data in China are state-owned enterprises such as CNPC,and the ownership and interests of the data must be fully considered,which should not only meet the general requirements of the state on the management of oil and gas geological data,but also earnestly respect the reasonable demands of enterprises for the rights and interests of the data.Based on the focus with the geological data concurrent service in recent years,from oil and gas geological data management present situation,the cause analysis and geological data management mechanism innovation exploration of oil and gas system is discussed how to crack the problem of poor oil and gas geological data concurrent mechanism,in order to further improve oil and gas geological data service breadth and quality to provide the reference.
