摘　　要：本文综述了需求导向下资源产业经济发展战略的新重点、新方法、新方向,分析了资源产业经济发展战略研究现存的问题,提出了发展战略未来研究发展方向的4条建议:一是建立以资源环境问题为导向的制度和标准规范;二是建立需求导向的成果系统化评价管理机制;三是重塑矿业产业与环境保护并驾齐驱、融合发展的新格局;四是加快地方经济由传统资源依赖型向资源保护管理新理念的绿色发展和新资源产业转变。This paper summarizes the new key points,new methods and new directions of resources industry economic development strategy under demand-oriented.This paper introduces and analyzes the existing problems in the study of the economic development strategy of the resource industry,and puts forward four suggestions for the future research and development direction of the development strategy:firstly,to establish the system and standard norms oriented by the resource and environment issues;secondly,to establish the systematic evaluation and management mechanism of the demand-oriented achievements;and thirdly,to rebuild the mining industry and environmental protection;fourthly,to accelerate the green development of local economy from traditional resource-dependent to new concept of resource protection and management and the transformation of new resource industry.
